Annie Wilshaw is Head of Future Faces at Premier, where she is responsible for finding and nurturing some of the modelling industry's rising stars.

How did you get into the modelling industry?
Through a chance encounter on a Paris street with Carole White.

Your all-time favourite model, and why?
Oh too hard! Susie Bick, Guinevere van Seenus, total 90's the face. The whole i-d era and Jeneil Williams, who makes everything look expensive!

Best thing about the modelling industry?
I do something that few people understand and fewer still can do.

Worst thing about the modelling industry?
The tears.
