A co-founder of Premier Model Management (1981) with his sister Carole White, Chris was the driving force behind "supermodel" branding. The Premier brand name and profile is regarded as a market leader within the international fashion industry.

In 1995, Chris co-founded a specialist supermodel brand and licensing agency in London (Elite Premier) and New York (Elite Special Projects) with Elite Model Management, then the world's largest model agency Group, working with household names like Cindy Crawford, Christy Turlington, Claudia Schiffer, Karen Mulder, Linda Evangelista and Naomi Campbell.

Chris produced the supermodel talent for George Michael's famous "Freedom" video.  He packaged the hugely successful Vauxhall Corsa 'Supermodel' car campaign and created the original concept for David Bailey's highly successful 1998 'Models Close Up' history and style documentary with Chris Evans (Ginger) for Channel Four.  Chris also produced all of Naomi Campbell's own publications and 'The Street' fashion and style manual, published in 1999 by Virgin/Rizzoli.

In 1997, Chris co-founded Mission, LLC. (now Premier Mission Group), which focuses on brand management and development.  Chris co-created and developed Naomi Campbell's and Cindy Crawford's fragrance and cosmetic line, which are amongst the top selling fragrance brands in the world.
